ok, i got everything done last night and everything worked great. Pink wire for switched 12+V / small white wire for Tach signal / Black anywhere a ground - once i figured out how to run my multi-meter i found the signal wire by sticking it in the wire through the insulation and sure enough the tach needle jumped on the dash.
I have the shift light mounted to the top corner of the A-pillar and it looks killer. i just found out that my work internet has blocked "photobucket" website so once again i still don't have any pics to show. Thanks for everyones help!!!

you can try going to ctunnel.com or ninjaproxy.com the getting to photobucket that way. Good work however. looking forward to pics.
