Running Lights On

Running Lights On
The normal mode for my running lights is ON. I prefer the inconspicious OFF. So after I start the car, I have to remember to turn the headlight switch to the running light position which turns them off. A pain. I've fiddled with the settings a lot; but no luck. Dealer is an idiot.

The simple fix is to pull the A2 fuse on the underhood fuse panel
The permanent mod is to do the relay fix:

You'll find the dealer wont be any help because its a GM approved "safety feature" so he's worried about the lawyers.
