Garage floor.
, and take 3 days, but it's going to be NICE. Good luck!

Check out this link, Rich Lagasse's garage floor is covered in Armstrong VCT and has held up very well. You do have to strip, buff and wax the VCT every 1-3 years depending on you garage's condition and use etc.

Also, if you damage the VCT, you can remove and replace a tile. Nothing is truly maintenance free.
Hid I say "FLOOR PREP"

I used U-Coat-it on my floor when I build my garage addition.
It looked great for a while, but even with meticulous preparation, there are spots where the coating pulled up from hot tires etc.
It is pretty durable, a floor jack does not harm it, but overall, it I had it to do over again, I would try to find a professionally applied industrial coating application company and have them do the job.
I am fairly satisfied, and the floor still looks pretty good after over three years of heavy use.
Here is a pic of the floor right after I applied the coating -

In this pic, you can see some of the places where the material was pulled up by tires -

It is still nice since oil wipes right up and does not stain the floor. Plus, you can mop it up once in a while to keep it looking better.
I used fleck in mine, but I did not apply the gloss coat - it was glossy enough.
Also, I did not use the abrasive to give more traction, and I am glad I made that decision.
Good luck and best regards -

And with the VCT if some tiles did become damaged you can sand them a little and slop some polish on. If the tile is really bad you pry it up and slap down a new one
As far as maintenance you just sweep it and occasionally throw on some wax. No need to take care of it Target style, it is a garage after all

I was shooting pics of my new wheels and realized how crap-tacular the garage looks.
