Short Throw Shifters...Shortest Throw
Has anyone ever quantified which shifter has the actual shortest throw?

Ar eyou using the STOCK shift box, just changing the shifter?
I would recommed you goto GMpartshouse.com talk to Gene and get the 2008 Z06 to C5 shift kit conversion.
Its a much shorter shift throw in that Z06, and its SO SO SO much more accurate. Cleaner. Self centering. It was like driving a whole new car!
The Stock C5 shift box just plain sucks butt!
FOr the $$ one of my best mods in performance as a driver!

I have both the Z06 and HURST shifters, and go back and forth. The HURST is definitely WAY shorter, but the C6Z06 is easier on the road day to day. Both great though.

You are correct sir! They are all 30% shorter now but without all the effort required from other short shifters. MGW shifters are the ****z.
