Headlights still dont come on???

Headlights still dont come on???
Alright, so i went out to autozone and bought some new bulbs. Cut my finger here and there trying to get back there, finally got the new bulb in and.....nothing. I put in the other bulb, still nothing. The other light is on and the high beams work fine. I took the volt meter to it and wasnt getting any power, checked the fuses, all good (obviously, the other light is on) Well i have to get to work, like 10 mins ago, so do you guys have any suggestions, anyone experienced anything like this? Check back in in about 9 hours.

Have you checked all the fuses?
The low beam fuses are #8 (right) and #10 (left) but 9/12 for the high beams
Also #6 in the footwell affects the lights. Worth checking all of them
