Ripper install!
Hello to all, and happy holidays. Today I installed the B&M shifter, all I have to say is FANTASTIC. I read all the positives and negatives concerning the shifter.ie, its to hard to shift, BS. I regret I didn't change the shifter sooner. I am absolutely trilled with the shifter. The throws are considerably less, you feel the transmission through the shifter, I love it. I did place an inch of fiberglass insulation under the console. There is no noise.

I installed the Ripper in the '99 Coupe and liked it so well I installed one in my TR '01 Z06. I have not had any problems with the Ripper.. I do not have any noise without doing any mods to the shifter. It is a little stiff at first but gets better in time. The shifts are more positive... :)
