Default A C5 question from a C3 guy.
My wife has been thinking about getting a C5 and I notice the abreviation "FRC" in many of the adds. What does it stand for?

It stands for Fixed Roof Coupe in a hart top c5, or in a targa/coupe it stands for Flying Roof Club when you forget to latch the top down.

Fixed Roof Coupe.
It is like a C5 coupe but the top doesn't come off.
It looks similar to the Zo6 (405 hp) but only has 350hp.

Test drive a few C5' and you'll also be thinking about owning one. There is nothing wrong with having 2 C3' and a C5

Here's a pic of an FRC..in case you haven't seen one or associated the look with FRC. Looks pretty much like a Z06 IMO.

just an fyi the fastest color is black

Got my first Vette (C3) 4 yrs. ago. Added a C5 last year. They're worlds apart but I wouldn't part with either. Love them Both!!
