... I'd go back to Sears and get some $$$ outta them.

Man that would fire me up as welll.......But I am sure Sears will make it right........If you holler loud enough they will do whatever it takes......

After a few letters and phone calls, and several weeks of trying, you might get a free re-balance.

I wouldn't let Sears put a tire on my bicycle.

They screwed up my Maxima's wheels back in 1992, and I am still waiting for satisfaction.

I hope your situation turns out better.

They should offer to refinish the wheel at a minimum. If that's not feasible, then a new wheel would be in order. Best of luck with the manager.

Sears all I can say is they suck! I took Sears to court for the same thing. All i asked them for was a new rim and they would not do it. Then I sued Sears for a $1000.00 and they settle out of court.
I never get anything but tool at Sears.
