Default Possible hood change, which one do you like best?

Wanted to see what everyone thought. I am going to need to get the hood repainted as someone clipped me leaving the parking lot this weekend.

I was thinking of getting rid of the Caravaggio hood and getting the Carbon Fiber VIS Fuzion and leaving it unpainted for that raw carbon look and I think it would match pretty well with black.

What do you guys think? Keep what I have or switch it up?

Here's mine.

This is the hood I am thinking about switching to.

Also, since i'll have to replace my driver side headlight cover, plastic surround, and possibly the entire metal bucket/housing too since it doesn't close properly anymore from the accident, I was thinking of switching to the black Depo non-popup headlights too. What should I do?

I don't think these can be had right now either... I've read a few posts on people being refunded from the bay.

IMO,I'd stick with what you have for now then go to a Tigershark
hood.

Although I'm of course partial to my MCM hood, If I was choosing between the VIS and the hood you have now, I'd keep your current hood. I've heard some negatives about the VIS buckling/flexing at high speeds, they are interesting though...that's for sure!

The hood in the first pic is awful looking and the hood on the red C5 looks bad too. Any other choices?

Keep what you have! I'm not a fan of the style of the 2nd hood at all. It could just be the fact that I utterly hate carbon fiber on corvettes.

between the two hoods you have listed, I would stick with the hood that you already have.

If it were me, I would actually look into the Tigershark hood. But that's just me

That second (carbon fiber) hood looks like something you'd see in the next batman movie. Looks like something the joker would have on his car. Stick with the first choice or as mentioned earlier, the MCM hood. Now THAT is a sweet-looking hood, especially if you leave the center area unpainted to show off the carbon fiber. JMHO
