Okay this just started happening on my way to work and I am here now so can't really search. Can someone tell me what I need to do please? Only the left turn signal flashes too fast, the right and hazards work normal.
Front or rear turn signal bulb. Easy fix. 3157 A for the front and 3157 Clear) for the rear.... I hope for your sake that it's the rear. But if it's the front it's a more difficult job, you can get to it from the headlight area but it's no easy if you have big hands or arms.

Don't forget that if its the front bulb it's a dual flament bulband gives both T/S and DRLs. Its possible for the DRLs to be still working but the turn signal filament to be blown.
Two ways.... Jack the car up and remove outside air dam then the access panel, recommended if you have large arms and hands. Or turn the headlight up manually, (remove the little rubber cap and turn till the headlight is up) Remove the black plastic headlight surround, Reach down and remove the socket and replace the bulb making sure it's in correct and doesn't hyper flash. Put the cap back on and turn the lights on then off to lower the headlight. Not a fun job

Reason: Forgot the headlight surround

I removed the headlight surround and moved the brake air intake. For me it turned out that the socket had to be replaced as well as the bulb. Not a bad job, just took longer than simply replacing the bulb.

That is exactly what happened to me. But, it's fixable and pretty easy to do.

Thats how I did it, took about 45 minutes with some patience and thin hands with long fingers. Not that bad, Good Luck
All cars I've had do that when a bulb is out. If a left side bulb is out the left signal will be fast and same with the right side. Luckily I haven't had to change bulbs on the vette.
Well last night I tried to change it and I was reaching around and found two wires, assuming they lead to light bulbs in that area. Unfortunately I turned the socket both ways and it wouldn't come out. Not sure if I can have room to manuever a can of WD40 in there. Just trying to get this done so I don't have to get charged an hour of labor to do this. BTW I went to O'Reilly's and the part they gave me was 4157NAK-BP, is that the wrong part?
