Dana, Welcome to the Forum and the Flying Roof Club!!! We need details of he incident, so we can better inform you of your options.

I'm a member as well, and I learned after just having the top sitting for a while, all banged up, that it is covered under my Comprehensive insurance. $250 for a nice fix-up job, done by a local shop. In fact, the job was so good, I haven't used it since I got it back, because the paint on the top looks better than the rest of the car.

So, 'splain yourself... Details!!
