Default Corbeau Forza

Yes another racing seat thread.

I’m looking at getting this seat.
http://www.racing-seats-usa.com/29101.html

Anybody have experience with this seat and this site?

Yes I’ve searched on the forum. Didn’t find anything specific on these seats, but did read the DIY on the Corbeau A4.

I’m 6 foot 1 around 215lbs. Will I have enough clearance for a helmet?

I run the Corbeau FX1 Pro which is the same size seat with a little better shoulder support. Fits the car and me fine, I'm 5' 11" 202#.
Great seats for the money.

Thanks for the reply and input LastC5. Very helpful.

-How was the installation?
-Some people are telling me the quality of the Corbeau seats are not that great, what's your experience with them?
-Do you have any issues with headroom when wearing a helmet?
-Since you have to unplug the power seats, did you get any warning lights on the dash?
-Are the seats comfy enough to use on a daily basis? Or do you take them out of the car and install the stock seats when not competing?

Thanks.

I used Corbeau slider mounts and the installation couldn't have been any easier with a perfect fit at the end.
The quality is excellent, mine show no wear after two years on the track. I do use an IO Port seat back brace. They look better than two year old Sparcos.
Headroom is fine, not spacious, but I clear OK.
There were no warning lights or whatever when I removed the stock seats, obviously you get a "no communication" code from the seat module.
Comfort? To run around town they're fine. To go on a trip - NO! If I have to drive more than 100 mi to a track I stick in cushion I got from the pharmacy. On the track - super. Swapping back and forth is a 20 minute job at the most.
