There was a thread where the Vararam actually hurt the DYNO numbers by about 6 rwhp after switching from a normal intake, I think this is due to the longer tube of the vararam and its a tad harder on the engine to suck in air, the vararam is great at the track and while moving however. I plan on keeping my dual cone intake on my car untill I install my heads and get a tune, then after the tune the vararam will go on.
