Actually it is not like the B&B PRT. What looks like 2nd pipe going into the muffler is just a support bracket. Take a close look at the picture of it.

The PRT looks more like the Corsa Titanium system (no longer made).
Both manufacturers have there own name for the sound cancellation.
B&B= Purge Resonance Tecnology, PRT
Corsa= Reflective Sound Cancellation, RSC
My guess is two names for the same thing.
The Corsa Extreme system just does it in a different way than the PRT or Corsa Ti systems.
