Adding headlight motor washers
I apologize in advance, because I know this information has already been posted, but I cannot find it in numerous searches.
I have the common problem of the headlight winking up and down after turning off the lights. I can see that the arm is mangling the little white plastic bumper, so I know that I need to space out the motor so the arm hits the bumper properly for the stop position.
But I can't find the instructions on the placement of the washers and how many (what thickness) are typically needed. I would hate to keep doing incremental trial and error, because I have big hands and getting that motor and nuts screwed off and on is a major hassle for me. I'm hoping I can do it once, correctly.
If anybody can help me plan this out or give a link to an existing instructions post, I would sure appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
