Two quick questions
1. I used an invisiline to run power from my rearview mirror to my radar detector. There are two orange (hot) wires. One is only hot when the door is open and the other is "always" hot. The detector is wired to the always hot line. Everything works fine until I turn on my headlights. I then lose power to the detector. The map lights still work so I know the mirror is still getting power.
2. When I put the key in the ignition and the car goes through the memory cycle everything works fine except the drivers side mirror. It seems to have a mind of it's own and goes to a different position every time.
The car is a '98 coupe. It does not have the auto dimming mirror.
