And I think EVERYONE or at least most of the people on this forum are missing the point behind this vette.... It's not built for SHOW guys.... it's built for PERFORMANCE. It's obviously a shops vette and they put their time and effort into building up the pure performance out of this monster. With the body they didn't go with some bright colors or stripes to make this thing stand out visually... they obviously don't even want it to stand out much at all going with the flat black paint job (not primer). Along with the body not sticking out at first sight they threw their Businesses(?) Name on the side of it for recognition and credit where it's deserved. Personally if I had a shop that did insane engine work and could create a power house like this thing I would throw a decal on the side in huge letters showing off my shops name.

To each his own but I think the whole perception of "rice" or "decals" taking away from this vette is completely besides the point. I don't see any fart cannons, 4' high spoilers, stickers all over the damn thing such as NOS, NOPI, Eurolite, Chinese symbols, and all clear euro tail lights? I'm sure the magazine article with feature plenty of pictures showing burnouts as well as track times and pictures with that decal backing the name of who put the work and money behind all power this vette has. I know members of other forums full of enthusiasts and the most widely known members with the most "stand out" work such as body work or engine performance are usually members who have a businesses decal or logo either across the window or body. They helped promote the shop that did the work and got great benefits from doing so.
How do you know this is a monster? All the video shows is a Vette spinning donuts which any Vette can do.

Personally, I really like it. The sticker's I could do without but I completely understand the advertising purpose for the magazine shoot.
makes me laugh how people get sooo offended and get their panties in a bunch... it's very entertaining to read.

I agree the stickers could go, but otherwise that car is one bad ***** F***

Assuming it is actually advertising... (Unless it is a track car whose sole purpose is to advertise) put a sticker on the windshield, on the back window, a smaller one behind the front tire... anything except the whole side of the car!!!
I didn't say the guys at insane were good at advertising ...just that they were trying to advertise. I know you know fed ex...they must be in the top 5 (assumption ) of delivery companies in the world. But they didn't start that way. I bet someone drove by a fed ex truck (back in the day) and said what the hell is that??? Just like most are doing with 'insane'. Either way, the sticker sucks!!! ...but it is big so it must add a lot of horsepower

Umm...its a vette...and its supercharged! How much more do you need to consider it a monster. I though a stock C5Z was a monster, throw a blower on it and its...umm...INSANE!

Look at the power I put down. It's not that fast.

It looks like crap and it's slow, especially for a shop car.

It looks sweet (in the first pics) and I guess 'fast' depends on your definition of fast....right?

I didnt see number posted for him anywhere, so I still dont know how your claiming its not that fast!? Sure there may be faster, there always is. But I gotta think a supercharged LS1 has to deserve some repsect.

First pics look great IMO.

Post sticker looks like crap.

Since the sticker defense was that is was a shop car, I would expect a little more from it since it's their advertising. You put that big of a sticker on your ride you better have 1000rwhp IMO.

In a prior forum post about this car is was on the stock bottom end.

Being a tuner I figure you would quote 1000RWHP correctly...

Seems like you and I are the only ones who noticed that. That is and I also like the flat-black. Way back when, my 72 Trans-Am was flat-black, that's all I could afford for paint.

I have to agree with the majority here and I think that the car is SICK..........minus the stickers!

I did like the exhaust coming out of the side of the bumper too!

I noticed for sure - the side exhausts were WAY cool. It is a great vette for sure (minus the INSANE decal)
