Anybody have any experience with the GHL Magnum vs Bullet?

TIA

I can't make a comparison but can tell you that the Bullets are wicked. Just had them installed today.

I've got the GHL Bullets on my car. Cam/Kooks - they sound great. I ran the TI exhaust for about 9 months before deciding that I needed to have a sound to match the power.

The TI was cool, but a little subdued. This is much more aggressive yet can quiet down if you want. People will definately notice you. Plus, not as many people have them so the sound is a little more unique.

You'll love them.

I installed a set of quad tip Bullets and they were a bit too quiet for me. I wanted something that I could live with on a daily basis (and I wanted to get a set of LT's eventually), so that is why I chose the Bullets over the Magnums. Three months later I installed some LG Pro LT's and removed my cats. Now it sounds awesome. Nice tone at idle, screams at WOT and ZERO drone at cruising speed.

BTW, the fit and finish of the GHL's is excellent. They are so beautiful it's a shame to put the underneath the car.

Hi Ed,

The main difference is the interior sound/drone. I experience a slight drone with the Magnum while no drone with the Bullet sereis. Sound is certainly objective. One person may find the level of drone objectionable, another may not.
The Magnum will be a bit louder outside as well.

I have the magnum quad tip on mine and I absolutely LOVE it. I looked for over 2 months for a exhaust and listened to probably every clip imaginable and GHL is by far the best sounding exhaust for the corvette IMO. Its a little quiet compared to several others but I wanted a semi-tame exhaust for when I install catless LTs so it wouldnt be unbearable. I'd recommend them to anybody buying a exhaust, they are local and I was able to meet Brian and he is a real stand up guy. I was in a time crunch and needed them in a few day and he delivered exactly when he said he would, which considering they are all hand made, means a lot.

I installed the GHL Bullets, and absolutely love them. I'm not sure how they sound on a stock vette, but on my car with LG Pro Long Tubes, heads and cam they sound very nice. The deep growl at idle is just wicked. I personally think the GHL Bullets are the exhaust to have with a heads/cam/LT vette.

It always comes down to what sounds good to YOU though. Listen to as many exhausts you can before you make a decision !
