Sold my first Corvette...
We just got a 1998 Pace Car and have been working on it like a dog for the last 5 weeks. Bought it right (price), fixed the transmission and A/C, installed new seats, Borla stinger exhaust, cleaned and polished the car like crazy. We did not buy it to sell, and I got sorta attached to it.
Needed some cash for an investment opportunity so we're looking for ways to get some cash. I put this car on Criagslist Friday, and, it sold today.
After everything I put into it I made a couple grand on the car. But as the new (and very nice, happy owner) drove away today I was kinda bummed. We have a few Vettes but I have never actually sold one before. Love hurts.

To each their own! I had one and loved it. I only traded it in for a Z06. I wanted something that someone else didn't have. It is true that you either hate it or like it. You don't see that many of them and I think they will become highly sought after down the road. Sometimes I miss selling mine. Put some yellow HRE's on it like Pacethis had and it's a killer looking ride.

To each their own! I had one and loved it. I only traded it in for a Z06. I wanted something that someone else didn't have. It is true that you either hate it or like it. You don't see that many of them and I think they will become highly sought after down the road. Sometimes I miss selling mine. I had more looks from this car than any other Vette I have or that I've driven. People made a point to voice opinions like "out of all your cars, that is one I actually like"... So it really varies.
As a resident and race fan, maybe it's an Indianapolis thing. But as soon as I can, I will get another one because I love it...
