The Front seat bolt plastic cover panels. The little Pin type fastener can be removed in favor of a button or toggle style kill switch. If push comes to shove, you can also activate it with your heel.

Anyplace your imagination desires!
However if you ever sell the car, pass the information along to the new owner or disable it.

I don't have to worry about someone finding my kill switch (should i install one). I have 17 aftermarket switches/buttons throughout my car.

What exactly is the purpose of the kill switch?

I dont get it. Is this something you do when you lock the car (in case of a theft) or something you hit if someone is trying to jack you?

Don't have one on my present Vette. However, on 2 previous ones I wired one through the cigarette lighter and the other under the leather shifter boot. On the last one I had an attempted theft but thief was not able to get it started.

It's a switch you have to hit before the car can be turned on. All you have to do to make it effective is remember to turn the switch off before you get out of the car. Easiest way to do that is to hit it again as soon as you start the car!

Wouldn't it all depend on how the switch is wired (fuel system, ignition system, etc)?
The kill switches I'm familiar with wouldn't allow the operator to do this. It would disable the motor (again) as it was wired into the ignition system...

Ive got one of these 100 bucks

It comes with a RF button I can either take with me or hide in the car...You can use it to disable the starter OR the fuel pump...

When ever I vallet my car I tell them to put it where they'll never have to move it because I take the kill switch with me..its always parked right up front...

If I get car jacked...turn the motor off pull the key have the key to teh dude and run....he aint going anywhere
