exhaust cut outs

Thinking of getting electric exhaust cutouts...is there the "one brand" that is the best?

The DMH Low profile cutouts are the ones to use on a vette. I have them on my Z06.

The Guys who sell the DHM cut outs are a supporting vendor on our forum! If I were to do cutouts, these are the ones that I'd use! They're low profile and appear to be Very High quality! They look to be $100 off now too!

THe DMH cutouts are very high quality, Dave is a great guy to deal with and they are just insanely fun when a ricer pulls up next to you and starts the rev game.

i have borla stingers and i like the sound! but there are times when i need more of a louder sound. can you install a cutout with a aftermarket system already installed??

Ya betcha! They just cut a hole in the exhuast pipe and weld these on..

Sure can! I have BB Prt's

The cut outs are welded just in front of where the exhaust bolt up. Look in the picture provided by Chip and this should help you locate where they would be

I will be ordering these soon. Does anyone have a pic of where to mount them on a A4? I really like the placement that is shown in the pics above, but I'm not sure If It can be done on a A4.

Also, I have 1 3/4 headers....what size is everyone getting 2.5", 3.0", 3.5"???
