Probably a stupid question....can you use isopropyl rubbing alcohol to clean the indents, the note on the package says use denturated but I'm not sure what that is.....

Yes, that's fine. I've used regular alcohol (with a q-tip) on Camaro and Corvette rear letter indentations to clean them on 3 different cars.

Ya that is what I used.
Heat the letters and car up with a hair dryer and that will help not only dry the alcohol but it will help with the bond by allowing the adhesive to get soft and sticky.

I used rubbing alcohol on all of the installs of letter kits on my last car. Never had one problem with the letters staying put.

I've always used regular rubbing alcohol on all of my installs and I've never lost a letter.

Thanks for every input
I went ahead and installed the letters with everyone's input on using the rubbing alcohol, and I did use the primer too. It was like 85 degree's out so I think I was ok on the heat effect for making it stick.
I'm really liking the touch of bling on my tail....
Thanks again for the input, much appreciated!!
