Default Service engine soon light

I'm getting an ocasional "Service Engine Soon" light maybe once every 200 miles. I have a 99 FRC with under 30K miles. What should I replace. My mechanic says maybe plugs and fuel filter. Anyone else ever get this message? Maybe PCV too? I've read plugs don't need to be changed for 50-100k. Have gotton a tiny amount of timinmg ping also. Probably carbon build up. I plan on using GM top engine cleaner.

I have never pulled codes before but that was all I got when I did a search. When I pulled the codes this is what i got. First thing it said was 10 PCM No Codes. It then went on to show these. I'm assuming (hoping) they are the history codes? Or is all this stuff wrong with my car. Should I just clear codes (reboot), and check again next time it does it?

28 TCS C1281
40 BCM
58SDM
60IPC
80 Radio 2 codes
U1000H
U1016H (flashing)
40RFA 4 codes
BD-RFA
U1255H

Thanks!

After more research I have determined all my codes are history so can anyone tell me what service is required.

Thanks!

Whenever someone says they're getting an intermittent check engine light, I suggest first checking the gas cap. Everyone of us has forgotten to completely tighten the cap after a fill up and a loose cap could set a code. Second, I ask if they forgot to reset their oil life monitor after changing oil.
If I'm reading your list of codes correctly, it looks like there are is at least one code with "C" or current on C1281.
I'm not C5/Z06 computer literate enough to help you beyond that. You might try a search this forum (in the red banner) in C5 Tech and you might come up with some clues. Use the keyword of that particular code.
If no one else replies, send off a PM to site member/electrical guru Bill Curlee as he'd be the one who would know.
