"HOLD ON" DIC message
Anyone know how to make your DIC display that message "HOLD ON"? I was trying to get a picture of it and I've seen a few guys on the forum with it as their avatar. Anyone have a good resolution pic of the display or something??

Its a fake! It was photochopped. Your display can only display what GM programmed into it....Many guys have tried to change it....I haven't heard anybody yet succeeding.

Word on the street is you need to get into the computer system that GM only has access to with their Tech II machine. It can be done, but you need the right equipment and need to know what your doing.

well Iam no nerd...but I did stay at a holiday inn one time with a bunch of other corvetters lol

As far as I know, you can't reprogram the C5 DIC for personalized messages. Sure wish that was an option.
