Usually smoke is linked to oil. Try to oil-change and then see if it appears again. You can also have a look if there is not a leakage somewhere due to a piece broken or cracked.
I think the smoke is coming from inside the car. If you want answers, ask the question in English.
More detail as well,,,Was the smoke just after the install or was this something that developed sometime after you'd been driving?? lots of lube is used in the manufacturing process and there is quite a bit of smoke when it warms up and burns off.If it clears up your good to go.Iv it developed later you have a leak somewhere or other mechanical problems!! An adequate description in complete word will help get more accurate diagnosis of your problem. They don't charge by the word or sentence here,,and you have a larger screen than your cell phone!

Don't see a connection of the exhaust with the smoke unless something is falling on it and burning off. Might want to get it up on a lift and see if there are any leaks somewhere.
