Personally, I think people buying Prius's and mini-Coopers is great.

They will reduce demand for gasoline and I will pay less when I fill up my Vette!

Strangely, the scientists studying polar ice are finding that the shrinking and growing of them has nothing to do with "global warming". It's a natural cycle that's been going on for all time. In fact, it's been found that just prior to these past "cold spells", global ice mass actually shrank.

Plus, all those receding glaciers in the Rockies and Alps? Well, it all depends where you look. Scientists have found that for every one they find shrinking, they find one that is growing.

Default We need more CO2

Global cooling would really suck. Give me warming anytime.

Predictions of "ice free" summer for first time in history completely debunked http://www.propagandamatrix.com/arti...arctic_ice.htm

Global temperatures have cooled during the past 12 months. During 2008 and 2009 the first stage of global cooling will cool the world’s temperatures to those observed during the years from the 1940s through the 1970s. By the year 2023 global climate will become similar to the colder temperatures experienced during the 1800s. http://icecap.us/index.php/go/joes-b...age_of_global/

Farmers Almanac predicting a bad winter for the North East. Maybe we should be driving more.

The whole global warming scam is nothing but an excuse for increasing taxes and growing government. Ever noticed that all the proposed solutions for this imagined problem involve some sort of tax increase such as the cap and trade scheme. Now that the current warming trend seems to have ended and the earth is cooling, the term "climate change" has replace 'global warming". That way, the environmental nuts will also blame any observed cooling on the use of fossil fuels. Climate change has been taking place for millions of years. Ten thousand years ago a large part of the US was covered by a giant glacier. This has happened dozens of times and will no doubt happen again.
