All C5 model years seem to have problems with the passenger door window. Easiest fix is to turn the key on, sit in the passenger seat, hold the window down button, and slam the door closed hard until the window works again. If that doesn't do the trick, remove the door panel, remove the speaker assembly, take a small hammer and tap on the motor (regulator) housing. If that fails to resolve the issue, replace the regulator. But we seem to have about a 95% success rate with slamming the door closed. Good luck.

Strange if both are out
Try fuses first:
30 (10A) and 31 (25A) for the right
33 (10A) and 34 (25A) for the left
Both in the footwell
Failing that check the connectors in the door hinge bellows. They can become loose and stop all functions. If, not, as Bakersfield suggests you're into door module problems.
