I love the black front bra! It was really easy to install. Easy to take off and on. It sure beats having to wash the front end everytime I'm done driving her!

I also got the fender clear cling wraps. It takes SO much work out of keeping her clean. I don't have to wash the front-end and fender wells everytime I drive it now. Just really takes alot of the work out of keeping her clean.

Jim,
I have a silver coupe and am interested in the silver bra but you seem to indicate that the lighter colors are nearly impossible to keep clean. I get that but just how hard do you believe it is?
Also,a couple more questions;
how quickly can I get it if I order today? I am leaving for the NCM next Thursday and would like to have it before then?
I have the hood seal on the front, will that interfere with the top part of the installation? As far as the license plate, I have the clear plate cover over my front plate can I cut to fit over it? You seem to indicate the material won't run.
Thanks and sorry for all the questions but bought the GM bra and it just won't stretch and two of us have tried it so it is probably going back to the dealer today.

If you're concerned about keeping the bra clean, I'd suggest just going with the black one and leaving it at that. I've heard complaints from too many people about cleaning the lighter colored ones.
As for delivery time, it'll depend on where you're located but most times it'll arrive 3-4 days after the order is placed.
The hood seal won't cause any trouble, and the license plate shouldn't be much trouble either. You can cut the bra to fit over it since the material won't run but my suggestion would be to make small cut-outs in the bra so you can install the front plate and cover on top of the bra. If you just make big slit-like cutouts in the bra, it'll balloon up with air while you're driving, but if you just make small cut-outs to accommodate the connections for the plate and cover you shouldn't have any trouble.

Hope that helps!

Thanks,
Dave

I've had mine for a couple of months now and love it. It washes easily and is a 'snap' to use.

Has anyone had any issues using bra this with the Vararam intake ?
(Since the air intake would have to go "thru" the bra.... )

I have a question. In the pics that you (Southern Car Parts) have posted the bra fits & covers the entire width of the nose in front, up to the lower left & right corners of the hood between the headlights. But in the pics that others have posted (on page 1) that isn't the case. In their pics a small triangular area at the top of the nose on both the left & right side is visible between the headlights. Why is that? I hope you can see the difference when you compare the pictures.

I think it's just how they have it pulled.

Does this still use the 3 hooks under the hood? I have one that i recently bought elsewhere that uses velcro instead of the three hooks...i like the hooks better. My bra with the 3 hooks is over 5 years old and is showing some wear now.
