Default C5 headlights... Recommendations?

Driving back from a cruise night last night, noticed that the stock C5 headlights sucked on back twisty roads. I had pulled over at one point to make sure they were clean . I was curious who makes a replacement for a C5? I need to replace with a stock style headlamp with a lot more output? We ended up for most of the ride with the highbeams on.
Any suggestions, pics or links would be very much appreciated!
Thanks!
Sixty4.....Mark.

You can replace your low beam bulbs with HID's using your existing lights I have been using them since 2002 as they produce a lot more light. The main problem is that the stock lenses scatter light. You need to adjust the beam lower so you don't blind on coming traffic. There is a company that makes a stock head lamp using HID's that has lenses to focus the light correctly and is DOT legal.

You could run a search for different types and opinions. This is a fairly hot topic of discussion. Check out this thread for starters:

I run HID fog lights on my Z... I love them!! I am thinking about installing HIDs in my low beams so I have a bit more light but for now I just run the fogs... I pass cops all the time and never get a second look!! They are pretty bright!!
