I was trying to use it for a daily driver, and it didn't work out too great. It was black, and I was driving down a quarter mile dirt road to the horse barn every day I got back into an f-body so I didn't feel so bad about getting it dirty. I always knew I wanted another vette though, just had to get the timing right

I friggen love vettes...I always have. I'm sure this '97 won't be my last one either!!

Awesome price. You can fix the engine and do a lot of fun stuff and still be under the price of what a similar one could cost. Sweet deal.

Welcome back... you guys still doing tunes? My Canyon is doing great. The white looks great. As for yanking the driveline out the bottom... seen it done a few times but I'm not sure I've seen a detailed how-to.

Nice pick up and your right, Vettes are great... So are the F-bodies until you have to work on them (motor wise anyhow).

Welcome back

Nice deal on the car

Normally i don't like canards either but from the photos they don't look too bad on white. I wouldn't spend too much time removing them.

Welcome back!

Should you drop that drivetrain, we'd love to see the posts, the problems, the solutions and the final result.

Nice Vette!

And seriously, your black Vette wasn't that bad was it?

Welcome back to the club. There are even more top notch cars here now and it seems like a new one shows up every couple of weeks.

What else you gonna do when you fix the motor?
