Well I would say try to get it for $20k out the door. It doesn't seem to have HUD which I'm so glad I decided to get because I love it. I got my 04 coupe with 54k miles for $20,500 from a private seller before tax and registration fees. It's fully optioned but needed tires and has a flaking polished rim. Otherwise flawless. Like I'm sure you've heard... it's a buyers market.
Link worked fine for me. Are you trading in a vehicle or offering cash? I always start about $2000 below the asking price. Also, never be afraid to walk away from any deal. There are lots of deals out there.

I am going to see about trading in my old Dodge truck...160,000 miles, diesel 4x4.
And I am not stuck on this particular car,it isn't my first choice in color but as I stated, around here there isn't a lot of vettes to even look at.
Seeing the miles on that thing, which translates into nearly 200k km, I'd say the 19-20k region. I'm not sure if you can get a chance to see in person, but that range seems good for those miles.

Try the "C5 for Sale" section on the forum. There are a lot of them available. That is where I found mine. Take your time. It will be worth it in the long run.
