I sitting wondering if I fouled up. The F45 ( ride control ) has been deleted from my car never to return again. There was a freak instance quite awhile ago when I had to have that " option " removed again because I was getting that dic message and could not exceed 80 mph. Anyway I had that removed with the GM computer. I removed my BCM altogether so I would not have to deal with it again. Now ( After all this time ) I am wondering did that module control other things.
you removed your BCM completely? I'm pretty sure your car won't even start. it controls the security system, the PASS key system, lights, gauges, instrument cluster, TC button...pretty much everything.
or do you mean the F45 computer which is in the rear tub on the driver's side? I'm pretty sure you can remove that one once the F45 system has been deleted. the BCM is the body control module, which is the computer in the passenger's footwell.
