Default Electrical/Tail Light problem - Code C1295

For all the C5 electrical guru's out there:

I read about a fix for the low LED tail light current draw causing codes. In my case, the LED tail bulbs in the factory housings appear to be causing code C1295 (Brake Lamp Switch Circuit Open), which causes codes with the Active Handling and Traction Control (same circuit for some reason).

Here's the fix I read about here on CF:
figured it out! With led bulbs in all 4 taillights the circuit was not reading enough resistance (load); therefore the system thought all of the brake light bulbs were missing or out. This resulted in the traction control service error and the brake light circuit error. I installed a 60w 7ohm resistor in the circuit and everything is working again.

Now the question: I've never installed resistors. How and where in the harness to install? One for each light??

Thanks for any help!

Mod: Can you move this to Tech Section? Don't want to double post. Thanks.

A single resistor has to go from the brake light common feed wire to ground. From the schematics it looks like the easiest point to reach a common feed is the stoplight switch at Connector C2 Pin B. There will already be a light blue and a white wire in this position. The white one provides the stop lamp signal to the turn signal switch and the other sends the stop signal to the center light and is also connected to the supply voltage in the EBCM. You should be able to find a ground near there.

can u take a pic of where u installed the resistor?
I installed the euro tail lighs and it's giving me that same exact code.
