You have to change out the speakers too. Dr. Bose won't let you use his with some else's receiver. If you just want to use an ipod, you need a Peripheral (brand) converter box under the name AUX2CAR.

check out the c5 faq over in car audio, you just need an adapter to retain bose if you purchase this adapter and go to an installer they SHOULD be able to handle it, most will try to do it without the proper adapter and half *** it
im in the NW suburbs if you wanna venture out here ill do it for ya, do em all the time
