Well, after $1300 later. Finally got my LG Street series installed. Made 317 rwhp and 331 ft/lbs torque.
Here is the before install

and here is the after -motice a slight difference in sound but a whole different in person

What's funny is the labor/extra parts cost more than the headers By the way, I have some parts for sale -please check in parts for sale section. Thanks!

Is it normal to have a hissing /kinda also sound like something loose. When starting the car, I would hear it initially and then disappear. But right after I step on gas the gas pedal -it becomes apparent, then disappears again on coasting. I've been reading on exhaust leaks and I could not a straight answer. A few thread says that the hissing sound is normal with aftermarket longtube headers, some say it's not. I'd like to take it back to FLP but I want to make sure whether the sound is normal or not so I won't look like a fool. Thanks. Been wanting to start a new thread but I figured to just put it here. By the way -combine with the borla's -freakin' awesome on WOT!!!

Labor for headers? What was wrong with the car that you couldn't just do it yourself? Broken wrist? No offense, but why pay that much for such a simple job? Working on your car is half the fun.

And looks like they charged you extra for every single thing. Ouch.

Yes I know. But here is my excuse- I don't have the time because
1. I work 4-5 times a week -night shift -I do need my beauty sleep, 2. My wife is pregnant and will be having a baby in 5 days.
3. I take my kids to school in the morning and pick them up at night when I'm off.
4. Don't have lifts -I know you can do them on jackstands ( but I'm not risking my life getting crunched by the car if the jackstands fail) -somebody offered to help but I know they too are busy -don't want to bother them.
5. I'd rather have a professional install it so there will be some kind of warranty on the labor to say the least
I know working on the car is half the fun but I do work on my car if I know I am capable of finishing it in a few hours. i.e. shocks, sway bars, brake jobs which I did all on by myself.
6. Plus I know what areas I'm capable off and which areas aren't -and the headers -looking at the instructions - look a bit challenging to me. 7. Plus in case something goes wrong because I am sometimes stupid on rushing things, I know I don't have to pay for tow and end up paying more in the process.
The shop I went to is reputable and I don't think that they nickled and dimed me. A lot of local members go to this shop and they are vouched for.

LOL good enough reasons for me, man. I work night shift just 3-4 nights per week and it's hard to keep up with for sure! And congrats on the mods and more importantly the new child on the way.

Oh yeah! But if I had a lift -now that would've been a different story Thanks!
Now what I will need is some sound deadening materialfirst I wanted some noise- and I got it, now I need to keep the noise down in the cabinI guess modding never really stops huh......
