No, just the FOB, vette key, house key and a very small mailbox key. I think having all that weight and swaying would damage the ignition prematurely. I don't need a lot of keys myself, so that works out just fine.

Do any of you let your key chains hang from your key while it's in the ignition switch? I have a quick release so I just leave the one key in and the other 15 or so keys go straight into my pocket, I've read that the extra weight and banging around isn't good for the tumbler.
Just curious.
Edit: Not to mention all that clanging around is downright annoying.
Hey DeeGee what's happening, hope your weekend is going well.
I carry my house key seperate from all my other keys. I just have my car keys on their own key ring. No need to carry keys to anything I'm not needing at the moment.

Can you imagine having this 1 pound monstrosity hanging from your ignition switch, jingling around all the time. 2 Corvette keys, 1 GMC Jimmy key, 2 GM key fobs, keys for dealership, house, storage rooms, gates, etc......... The quick release is in the middle at the top below the Corvette key. Come winter time 2 of the Corvette keys and 1 fob will be hanging up at home, only the Jimmy will be used, except for those days where it will be acceptable to drive the '03.
Who'd a thought that a little .50 cent quick release would save my sanity.
I had to have a cylinder replaced on a 98 earlier this year due to heavy weight key chain, believe me it was way more than $200 here in Ontario and had to wait for the parts to be shipped from Montreal, car was off the road for 4 days, that was my first surprise when I bought the car earlier this spring !! FOB, car and house key, only things on the ring, same now for the other cars.
I have had issues with my ignition switch when too much weight is hanging from it. ('98with 90000 mi.) I took all the other keys off and now have no problems starting the car. A friend called me with a simalar problem. I told him about my problem and he hasn't had any problems yet.

After getting the bill for an ignition replacement on a C4 ZR-1 years ago $$$ I made it a point to never have more than what was necessary. So,all I have is the Fob,key, and a AutoZone speedpass and
make a point to put in/pull out the key like I was diffusing a bomb

Mr. Monk. Do you keep those keys in your pants pocket or do you carry a purse?
