I think my husband has a thread started over there with the new upgrade info in it. FactoryRaceCar also has a thread there on his upgrade and pentavolvo is one of the audio masters there so you can't go wrong learning a thing or two from any of them

I'm pretty sure that you can find plans for a couple of different sub boxes, at least one of them flush mount, in the C5 audio FAQ thread over in the audio section. if you can't, PM me because I downloaded them to build from. the plans worked out great.

I bought a piece of factory match carpet from www.corvetteaudio.com great guy to deal with and reasonable prices. I highly recommend him.

My setup looks much better now because I've cleaned it up and routed the wires properly under the box. this was temporary because I didn't have the 2nd amp mounted at this time. I need to take some more recent pictures!

if you do any traveling with your C5 make sure you get a sub with a grill. I really like this Boston sub, it has a grill which is a twist lock. so I can even put a soft duffel back full of clothes right on top of it if I need to while traveling, no tools required to pop the grill off.

Here's another way to mount a 10" sub with amp. Works great and is covered with strong steel mesh. Carpet matches better than photo looks.

BTW, made by Elemental Designs, paired with their subs. I like these better because It gives me more usable trunk space and provides a more stealthy clean install.

These boxes will not fit coupes. Only FRC's and verts.
