First time for everything!!
So today after lunch I was driving on the NJ turnpike around exit 8, my wife called and I pulled over cause I didnt have my headset. I was parked in the shoulder for about 5 minutes and suddenly I see this black C5 cross 2 lanes and pull into the shoulder about 500 feet in front of me, and put the car in reverse. I quickly started the car and pulled up to him. He only pulled over to make sure I was OK. I told him I was on the phone and everything was fine, and I sincerely thanked him for pulling over to check.
This never happened to me when I had a mustang! I spent many times on the side of the road, and no one pulled over.
Just in case he is on the forum, I wanted to say thanks again. Its nice to see that just in case there was something wrong, people will help!
Corvette owners are in a class by themselves. Just wanted to share the story!
Funny I never had that happen to me in my Mustang either, however I drove my car for almost 100,000 miles and it never broke down either.
I really hope this will be true with this Corvette I bought, damn car has 17,000 miles and is on its second transmission and other things are falling apart. Awesome GM engineering hey!
