Default Metric bolts?

Hello,
I did a few forum searches to find out if my 2004 Z06 uses metric or SAE sizes. It appears to be so, but I just want to confirm it.

Thanks

Mostly metric.
So you'll need some metric tools such as wrenches/sockets and TORX bits. You might get away with SAE tools on smaller fasteners, but buying a C5/Z06 is a good reason to buy more tools.
For some reason, GM did make the oem shifter **** @ SAE with 9/16-18" thread and the shifter retaining bolts are 1/4-20".
Here's a link for SAE to metric conversions...

Almost entirely metric. I work on cars constantly and rarely touch my SAE tools anymore.
