Fog light positive side
I purchased a set of HID fog lights.
.
1.) The arrow without a circle I connected when I opened the box.
(is this correct?)

2.) The area circled is blue & black, which is the positive?
(I am use to seeing red & black.)

3.) Why did they not put a connector on the end, so it would just
plug in, like the stock set up?

My kits don't have a connector either. For some reason they are hard to find with connectors.
Black is probably your negative. It usually is. Your connections look good. You really can't mess that up.
