The few days I drive it to works I average 22-24 MPG depending on traffic. It's 12.4 miles one way with 10 being freeway.

Drops just under 20 with a lot of surface streets.

Normal.

I get 16-18 mpg city, 22.5 combined, and 32 mpg highway (MN6, 1998).

I normally average about 17-19mpg in strictly town driving, however on my last tank I did a lot of "I need to kill these tires because I have 4 new ones in the garage" and I averaged 14.8mpg! Lowest I've ever seen on this car. 2002 a4 vert.

In city driving i can get 17 mpg in my 6th speed but that is really babying it. But driving it with occasional spirited driving i average around 15 mpg.
