Because if that isn't, I agree with the above statements. That is irresponsible and plain dumb. You have to think of the other people on the road. There is NO WAY they can see you coming and react.

Hit the rev limiter in 5th. ~177mph
Didn't feel as settled as my ZR-1 at those speeds but still did just fine.

you guys who do this in mexico or on "closed roads" are f'ing crazy.
I did around 150 at the pocono long course and it was enough for me. felt way faster then the 140mph I trapped in the 1320'.

I get more of a rush from Acceleration than top speed :-)

I beat all of you. I have been about 500 mph.

In a airplane lol.

seriously though i stopped at 150 mph in the middle of the night with no traffic, the rush is insane. For me acceleration is awesome but does not beat top speed. Maybe thats just me because i go 100+ mph only once in a good while not including track time

I don't drive mine hard,but one weekend I did let it breathe a little at Atlanta.Averaged 141 for 4 laps.Not that fast but fast enough for a DD with street tires.

I love Europe

Had mine up to 200mph (Lingenfelter Z) plenty of times on the Autobahn, and 195mph on the long straight at The Nürburgring!

My GF and took a 3000mile roadtrip this summer in her B7 RS4, we averaged 113mph according to the GPS for the complete trip. That was fun

We also did 40 laps on the Ring aswell
