[Z06] Traction Control Problem?

Traction Control Problem?
I have a 2002 Z06 and I just installed LG Streets and a Vararam. I had it tuned about 3 weeks ago after the install and the other day I noticed that with the traction contol 'ON' it doesn't limit my wheelspin. It just spins like crazy in 1st and 2nd gear.
The EBCM was rebuilt by absfixer and worked fine before I modded the car. I have no codes on the DIC. Is there a way the tuner could've disabled my traction control? I remember seeing him set something the 600 lbfts I think it was torque management though.
