The 10-PCM means Powertrain Control Module, If you have a code it will be after that, Something like below. and will have an H or a C in it.

The C5 has 11 "Computer Modules" that transmit diagnostics, 10-PCM is the Powertrain Control Module. I would think there would be specific codes under that module that will be more descriptive of your problem.
