I'm getting new rear tires this week. I'm going to give Nitto Invo a try. I've been using Nittos on my last car for over nine years. Not too sure about the 555's, but I've thought Nittos were excellent on dry and wet. Plus, the price doesn't break the bank.
If you're not a track fanatic, consider the those tires. I'll pass along my experience with the Invo.
I've heard good things about the Firestone WOs, but www.tirerack.com doesn't currently list them with a fitment in stock C5 coupe/vert sizes. Plus, they're more or less a non-winter tire.
Had a set of General Exclaim UHPs on previously...a non-snow/ice tire that's great in the rain, decent on the track and very light on the wallet. As with any summer tire, they got evil on me in any snow past a few flakes.
What did I recently put on the rims? Bridgestone RE960AS all-season tires. A bit more pricy than some generic summer brands, but it will give me some piece of mind if I happen to get caught in some light snow and in the cold. See http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....=(Y)&minLoad=S
I replaced my runflats with the GY Eagle F1 All-Season (non-runflat) back in Feb. I was considering the Michelin's Pilots, but this tire had just come out. Less expensive, and I've been happy with the ride and noise level ever since. I'm also particular about the asthetics of the thread pattern, too, and I liked these the best.

Goodyear GS-D3s or Michelin Pilot Sports. If you want to stick with a runflat - I ran a set of the Firestone Firehawks on mine and was very pleased with them.
Just popped on some Bridgestone Potenzas and have been very impressed. They seem a bit thin out back for 275s but man they can hold some decent power (putting down 507/460). Car feels way more agile with them vs. the runflats.
