Default Now I see why.............

All this time I've been wondering why some people would buy multiple Corvettes. Well aside from the fact that they can afford to having 2 or more vettes and I can also understand if it's 2 or more vettes of different generation. But to have 2 or more of the same generation puzzled me up until last night. Came to work and I saw this red one by the parking lot, although I didn't park beside him, I couldn't help but imagine seeing 2 vettes of the same generation in my garage - just sent tingles up my spine. So I was tempted to buy another C5, and then REALITY sets in I have a mortgage, I have 3 kids one of whom is only a month old, and I don't have enough garage space . Although I know I can't have another one. I am happy and should feel lucky of having to own one.
Sorry for the pics -camera phone and night time don't mix

Variety is the spice of life Not too interested in more than 1 of the same generation though.

what i would do to have another. I was seriously flirting with the idea of buying C5-Z, but i knew i would be hurting financially if i did. So I just live through Dan (The NNIAL8R), who has a great stable of cars...and the best part...they're all Black!

I'm looking around now for a second Vette, current set up N/A next one will be an SC or TT project. I was thinking about starting off with either a Z06 or FRC this time

We "needed" 2 Commemorative C5's to drive after he got tired of just riding along in mine. So, now he drives the Z16 and I drive the vert. We have a lot of fun with both of them.

My wife would love to have a C5 auto Vert to go along with my C5 manual coupe. My insurance agent would love to see that happen too. Just not in the cards for us right now.

When I bought my new 04 Verte the plan was to keep it a few years and trade into a new C6 when I got the itch.

However, now that I have had my C5 for four years, I don't plan to trade or sell. It's got low miles and I have modded it and kept it in great condition. If I trade/sell, the next guy would definitely get the better deal so I'm keeping it.

I plan to save up enough to buy a C6 Z06. That way I will have the best of both worlds. I classy C5 verte for the Florida lifestyle my wife and I enjoy and the ***** out Z06 for the Corvette lifestyle that I enjoy!

I would like two vettes too, but I am very poor and jobless at the moment I am doing anything just to keep up my payment for the repo man doesn't take it!

Anyway the butt of the silver vette has some black, is that aftermarket or does it come like that from the factory?
