LEDs very dim

Is it the orange LED that are dim or is it the back light for the buttons? Both of these are easy to fix. There are several threads on how to change the light bulbs behind the buttons to LED's on the forum.

There is a forum vendor that will fix the HVAC controler for a lot less than GM wants for a new one. There are also several members that would be able to help with this depending where you are.
