Took my 02 coupe out for a nice 75 mile drive here on Cape Cod this afternoon. A trip to nowhere for no reason other than enjoying a fine automobile

Yep, drove the 50 mile round trip to work today. Really nice for this time of the year, loved listening to the music of the headers.

Mine on the other hand is sitting in the garage on a battery tender. Rainy crummy weekend in store so I will have to enjoy it in the garage while I winterize my lawnmower, How fun for me.

I drove to Starbucks this morning for my coffee - about a mile, went to get a haircut and back home......does that count?

Oh yes, do that all the time. Sometimes we go for ice cream like 20 miles away to a real nice spot when we have an ice cream place 5 mins from my home. Just a fun drive, nothing like it

I get grumpy if I can't drive my car everyday. Whether it's work or weather, if I don't get her on the road for at least a little bit, She Who Rules knows to give me a wide berth. I usually get to take her out every evening for a "lap around town" Sometimes that lap ends up being a 100 mile round trip, sometimes just 10 or 15 miles. I do so appreciate every click,,,,,and it has been over three years now. Guess they don't call them dream cars for nothing!

just bsing though

Sunday: Thunder Valley Raceway - Drag Racing with my buddies!

just bsing,,,,,,in a VETTE!

good thread idea OP!

I often drive to Goat Island around Niag. Falls just to drive the car about a 40 mile round trip

Yes , i agree nothing beats taking out the vette especially if its a nice sunny day, and just really go nowhere, just head on the highway and just cruise, the music is blaring the wind is blowing, just having a great time, i usally do that Saturdays when i am not at work, i leave around 9 9:30 in the morning and come home at 12, the wife never asks were i was or were i have been, she understands, its just a casual day cruise

when i took my girl out this morning it was 38, yea it was chilly, but thatw why we had heat in the vette, plus the roar of the CORSA, well its exciting, dayum that sucks for you, why is she parked?

I moved back north for the winter (to work) and this is no place for a vette . It was bad enough in the summer time, let alone winter.

The car is safe and sound down on the Island

I take my vette out on the expressway and go maybe 15 or 20 miles from home, have the CD player blasting and its great. Going nowhere having a good time in the best car I ever had. Its fun.

I am taking my wife for a back road drive through Arkansas tomorrow. All the trees should be turning color so it will be a great drive.
