Default Ccw wheel obsession???

I am just a little curious,as to why so many corvette owners are so obsessed with ccw wheels.

Dont get me wrong they are very nice wheels, but with all the different wheel companys out there,I would think some of you would want your own look and style!!!

so whats your opinion on this subject???

Great wheels - Great Customer Service - Great Price.

I see your point.

Their wheels are a great price, and they make nice styles (nothing too pimpy). The customer service is also good. I'm going to buy my second set when I get a chance. 8 series HRE's would be my other choice, but they are way expensive.

People like them because the have killer looks, are of top quality, priced very well compared to other higher end wheels, and customer service is simply outstanding. Other than that, who knows.

CCW's are great looking wheels. They are the only aftermarket wheels i would put on a corvette!

If I could afford wheels in this prive range, I would go with Forgeline myself. Or perhaps some HREs.

I think it's a combination of factors. The service is amazing. Great people you get on the phone every time that can turn around your wheels in 2-3 weeks from order date, instead of 3-4 months. You get a product developed for Vettes that you know will have a perfect offset and fit with no spacers needed. Priced fairly. Wheel and tire packages available. And they make wheels for every type of Vette owner, ie: road racing, drag packs, chrome bling, etc.

Best bang for your buck hands down.

If I wasn't so bent on having a 3pc. 19/20" combo with black centers I would have loved a set of 19" SP500's.

All of that is good but, dont you want your car to be a little different
from all the others when you go to a show?

Dont you want your car to have a identity of it's own?

or is owning a set of ccw's the holy grail of vette wheels and you just got to have some?

You can't beat the price of the CCW wheels compared to Fikse, Forgeline, HRE's, Iforged...etc...etc... I got my 19/19 CCW SP500's new from CCW this spring for $2600. Good luck finding any of the above brands wheels even close in price.

I also looked into weight on the high priced names mentioned and the styles I wanted they ALL weighed more than the CCW's I wanted.

They are made in the USA (Quality). This coming from a Canuck

Many of my friends have various CCW styles and love them. Great customer service, and there are also so many styles that compliment the Corvette.

The way I see it.... Lighter weight, Lower cost ($2600), Looks just as good as the other brands... It was an easy decision for me.

Customer service, price, quality and the order processing time... What's not to love???

That is coming from someone who had IForged and HRE both!
