Has anyone delt with Alex at cyberdine graphics? I am waiting on a order I placed 2 weeks ago and I cant get ahold of him? He has not answered emails or calls. I spoke with Him once and he said he would email me a tracking # and it was to be sent the next morning but that has been 2 weeks !! No product and no tracking # Can anyone tell me if this is normal for this company and should I wait it out or get my $ refund????

I'm having the same problem. Called and e-mailed again today. Waiting on over $100 worth of stuff thats been paid for. Savewave posted a sticky and PM'd me about issues. Couple more days and I guess I'll call my bank get a credit on my card.

I sent him an email several weeks ago about some stuff. He was going to do a draft and send it to me--that was the last I heard from him.. So can anyone else suggest someplace to get my steering wheel decal made my way and the letters for my air bag??
Who else makes those nice looking steering wheel decals? Is there anyone else? I'd love to get one but after reading the sticky, I'm certainly not going to attempt to deal with cyberdine.
Well, that's a darn shame. Alex is a great guy and I loved his products. Hope he gets things going again. BTW, from what I understand, he is basically a one man show with a lot on his plate. Hope everyone gets their stuff.
I have tried to reach Alex by Phone , Text email and the funny thing is ! He has a Blackberry phone that allows u to answer emails etc...My order was for over $100.00 through paypal !

Deja Vu? Reminds me of e KiDD the forum used to know.

Alex has a lot of personal problems - I'm not defending his not returning calls or responding to email, but as mentioned, he has a lot on his plate. I too, hope he gets it all back together and resumes manufacturing his decals...they're the best!
I ordered kit #2 which included an airbridge decal but I received the wrong order. Despite many E mails I got no replay. I now have a set of rear letters I didn't order but I still don't have the airbridge decal.
I've been totally ignored so I'm afarid I wouldn't use Cyberdine again.
Im not necessarily defending but I hope I can add a bit of insight....
I have one of these small "Car forum" businesses..and I can tell you that its a period of extreme boredom followed by a period of extreme stress trying to keep up with orders..and Ive only got one product
Guys like Kidd, Alex and C5BearsFan offer great products at a decent price but they are one men shows and hold down "real" jobs along their "forum jobs"....
Ive forgotten orders, been late in getting things out because of pressures at home or work...the trick is to not get in over our heads..once you get a following...its difficult to balance
Glad you guys brought this up,I have always been more than satisfied with the products and service with Cyberdyne,I need to order new bumper letters, glad I waited. Will wait to here good news,I hope.
